How I Work

From question to execution.

Ambiguity is the normal starting condition. This is the structure I bring to it — six stages I adapt to the problem in front of me, not a template applied identically to every project. Select a stage to see it in practice.

In practice

Frame

At SullivanCotter, a broad question around member value and engagement became a structured assessment of the member experience and where improvements should be prioritized.

The stages stay the same. How much weight each one carries depends on the question, the evidence available, and who has to act on the answer.

How I Contribute

Six areas where I add the most value.
