Mandate
Conduct an independent, outside-in assessment of member value and engagement for SullivanCotter's Large Clinic Group membership program and develop prioritized recommendations to strengthen the member experience.
Role
Team lead on a five-person consulting team, coordinating research, stakeholder interview work, analysis, synthesis, recommendation development, and sponsor-facing presentation delivery.
Methods
- 7 stakeholder and member interviews in a dual-interviewer format
- Validation survey designed for approximately 70–85 broader members
- SWOT analysis and competitive landscape mapping (MGMA, AMGA, Deloitte, ECG / Chartis, HBI / Alira)
- Website and UX audit, secondary research, stakeholder and membership journey analysis

Engagement management
- Planned the engagement and split the work across five people

AI governance
Used Amazon Q within sponsor-approved data governance guidelines to support secure summarization of scrubbed interview notes.
