About Erica

Hi, I'm Erica.

I'm a strategy and operations professional based in Charlotte, North Carolina. I'm drawn to work where the answer isn't obvious yet — where there are different stakeholder perspectives, competing priorities, and a lot of information that needs to become a clear path forward.

My experience spans healthcare, financial services, higher education, consumer strategy, and real estate. The industries change, but the part I enjoy most stays the same: asking the right questions, understanding what the data is really saying, listening to the people closest to the problem, and turning those insights into action.

Analytics informs how I work, but the analysis itself is not the end goal. I care about what the information means, what decision it supports, and what has to happen next.

Outside of the work itself, leadership and community have always been important to me. I care about doing meaningful work, building strong relationships, and leaving organizations better than I found them.

How I work

Structure before answers
When a problem arrives unshaped, I frame it first — what we're actually deciding, what would have to be true, and what evidence would settle it.
Data that earns its place
I work from the raw material rather than the summary, validate what I'm given, and keep the analysis pointed at the decision it has to support.
Learning through people
The people closest to the problem usually hold the part the data can't show. Interviews and stakeholder conversations regularly change how I frame the question.
Insight into something usable
A finding isn't finished until it's a recommendation someone can act on — sequenced, prioritized, and clear about the trade-offs.
